Our client “Welkin Systems Limited'' is seeking a Customer Services Officer to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Manage and organize daily operation on computer training, Exam administration services.
• Answer Enquiry from face to face, phone call and online customers
• Manage and input class/exam registration data to company systems, post suitable information to website or social media channels.
• Basic check and maintain classroom environment, prepare the facilities in good condition.
• Following up of sales leads and participating in sales activities

Who are they looking for? 

• Diploma or Above.
• Minimum 2 years customer services experience; working experience in the field of education or training is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills (both Chinese and English)
• Enjoy working with people and have a polite, helpful manner
• Self-motivated and ability to pay attention to detail
• Proficiency in Chinese word-processing and Microsoft Office (M365) applications
• Immediate availability preferred
