THE POSITION

To provide assistance on the Marketing processes.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting marketing function in document preparation, paper works and other administrative duties
• Coordinating travel arrangement of marketing function with travel agencies
• Organizing marketing events / functions, coordinating with internal stakeholders as well as external vendors and other counterparts
• Organizing local market conference, handling logistics arrangement and providing on-site support.
• Proof-reading marketing materials, campaign scripts / interviewed scripts, etc.
• Handling other ad-hoc administrative duties/projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-6 years of experience in supporting a marketing team in administrative duties, documentation preparation, event management preferred
• Good command of Chinese & English, written and spoken
• Strong Communication and Multitasking Skills
• Proactive approach, problem solving mindset
• Detail-minded, patient, team player
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Marketing support in MNC commercial function would be ideal.
• Pharmaceutical experience is a plus/ advantage for consideration.
