Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Our client is a renowned and rapidly growing global brand in the cosmetics and personal care industry. With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, they are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join their executive team.

 

Role and Responsibilities

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategic planning of the company. Your key responsibilities will include:

 

- Providing strategic financial leadership and vision to support the company's growth objectives

- Developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management

- Overseeing the company's accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions

- Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to the executive team

- Managing the company's capital structure, cash flow, and funding requirements

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards

- Leading the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration

- Partnering with cross-functional leaders to align financial strategies with operational initiatives

 

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in senior financial management roles, preferably in the cosmetics or personal care industry

- Proven track record of successfully leading financial operations and driving strategic financial decisions

- Thorough understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as experience in financial modeling and forecasting

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills

- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights

- Proficient in the use of financial management software and technology

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

- CPA or MBA degree is preferred
