Responsibilities: 

• Manage all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting, consolidation accounting, budgetary, and cash management, financial analysis activities
• Manage inventory and cost accounting for wholesale and manufacturing processes
• Oversee Human Resources and Administration functions
• Review and develop effective financial policies and control procedures for costing, inventory, credit, operation, and capital expenditures
• Assist in group interim announcement and financial reporting, annual financial statements and schedules to ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws and regulations of listed company.
• Prepare monthly management accounts of individual subsidiary 
• Liaise with auditors and bankers 
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Professional qualification of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years in handling full set of books and General ledger within the retail and wholesale industries, and with experience in manufacturing industries will be an advantage 
• Strong understanding of inventory management and cost accounting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and in teams
• Familiarity with China accounting & Tax regulations will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, good written and spoken English, and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
