The Company

Our client is a sizable MNC Insurance company and is urgently looking for a Claims Officer to join the company. This is a 12-month contract with a strong view for permanency/extendibility, looking for a candidate to start immediately.

The Role

• Process insurance claims by collecting and analyzing relevant information.
• Assess the validity of claims by reviewing policy terms
• Evaluate damages and losses to determine coverage and settlement amounts.
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders to provide updates on claim status.
• Maintain detailed records of claims activities and documentation.
• Participate in ad hoc projects

Your Profile

• Tertiary education in any discipline, university graduates would have a huge advantage
• Detail-minded and responsible to complete tasks with good quality
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders
• Candidates from Insurance firm, with medical insurance claims experience is a huge plus but not a must
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available/ short notice period is preferred
