Responsibilities
 

• Responsible for cargo planning of specific trade lanes;
• Handle enquiries regarding operation issues, communicate with Agents, Carriers and internal parties;
• Prepare reports and forecasts;
• Problem solving for daily operation;
• Support the team to streamline workflow and improve efficiency;
• Ensure the team to comply with customer’s shipping requirements and other related regulations;
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
 

• Diploma or above in related discipline
• 1-2 years' experience in airfreight industry with Middle East & Africa trade lanes experience is a plus
• Good communication in both English and Chinese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and PC skills
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered as junior role, fresh graduates are also welcome
