Responsible

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for F&B-related items, including requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier management.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls, with a specific emphasis on F&B industry regulations and best practices.
  Collaborate with F&B departments to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing plans for ingredients, equipment, and other supplies.
• Evaluate F&B suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Oversee inventory management for F&B inventory, including forecasting, replenishment, and optimization.
• Monitor procurement performance, identify cost savings, and implement process improvements.
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of F&B-related purchases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, with a focus on F&B industry requirements.
• Provide regular reports on procurement activities and metrics.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or above in supply chain management, procurement management, or a related field.
• Over five years of experience in supply chain management and procurement management, with abundant local supplier resources and knowledge of local laws and regulations.
• Familiar with procurement workflows, experienced in price negotiation, order management, accounting handling, and supplier development.
• Proficient in software such as PPT, Excel, and Word, strong data analysis skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and the ability to drive work forward.
