職責:

• 負責車輛月結費用結算管理;
• 進行車輛費用預提;
• 申請與辦理車輛上牌、續牌、通行證;
• 分析與管控車輛各項成本;
• 管理車輛油耗，包括月度滿油操作、里程數據搜集、百公里油耗達標分析;
• 完成上司指派的其他工作。

要求:

• 大專或以上學歷;
• 兩年或以上工作經驗;
• 曾從事車輛管理工作經驗優先;
• 必須精通Windows 常用軟件，如Office，Excel，PowerPoint及中文輸入法;
• 善於溝通及團隊合作。

Job duties:

• Responsible for vehicle monthly expense settlement management;
• Make vehicle expense withholding;
• Apply for and process vehicle license plates, license renewals, and passes;
• Analyze and control vehicle costs;
• Manage vehicle fuel consumption, including monthly full-fuel operation, mileage data collection, and analysis of fuel consumption compliance per 100 kilometers;
• Complete ad hoc duties.

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above;
• Two years or more work experience;
• Experience in vehicle management is an advantage;
• Experience in Microsoft, such as Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese input method;
• Good communication skills and team player.
