Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as an HR strategic partner (HRBP) for advisory, formation, and implementation of people strategies
- Handle full set of HR operations including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Compensations and Benefits, Learning and Development, Performance Management and Succession Planning for the management
- Assist in preparing analysis reports, and budgeting for the management
- Collaborate and provide business insights of HR CoE to ensure initiatives and projects are designated and implemented that support business people's plan and needs
- Participate and assist in the execution of the Corporate HR Projects as assigned
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related discipline
- 8 years of all-rounded Human Resources experience preferably from MNC / Construction/ Engineering / Manufacturing / Labour Intensive Industry
- Agile, self-motivated, proactive, detailed-mind and able to manage multiple tasks
- Being well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations is a MUST
- Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills
- Good knowledge and experience in using HRIS
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
