• Launch new products and marketing programs with strategic marketing plans that align with the overall brand identity to acquire new customers
• Create services and experiences that bring value to customers
• Develop 360 integrated communication plans
• Organize various events and exhibitions to engage potential customers of specific segments
• Analyze the results and performance of marketing campaigns
• Study existing customer behavior and preferences as well as market intelligence for program planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to design and deliver marketing program logistics
• Prepare financial analyses of new marketing offers

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• 8 years working experience in marketing of telecommunications / banking / insurance / eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, target marketing, social media, digital advertising, UX/UI design
• Possess strong ownership, creativity and logical thinking
• Good command of written English and Chinese, Generative AI, Microsoft Excel & Power Point
• Knowledge of Tableau, GA is a plus
• Good team player
