Our client is a luxurious jewellery company. They are now seeking for a high caliber to join their team as a Technical Support/IT Support Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support to Hong Kong’s office
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
• Perform hardware and software installation
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects

Requirements :

• 1 year or above working experience in IT supporting role in luxury brand 
• Knowledge in LAN administration, server set up and applications installation
• Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus
• Responsible, Good problem solving skill and able to work independently
