Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok

Reporting to Director, Wholesale Sales Channel, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of wholesale customers to achieve revenue targets and productivity standards
• Maintaining close business relations with wholesale customers to understand their needs by conducting regular sales visits to customer sites at Pearl River Delta
• Being the main contact for customers, liaise closely with internal departments to ensure that the customers' queries, problems or issues are dealt with promptly
• Monitoring the wholesale customer's operations with regular performance review to ensure service quality and drive for continuous improvement
• Providing briefing / training, conducting on-site spot check and customer's operation process to ensure good shipment quality and proper handling to comply with DHL requirements, e.g. Dangerous Goods handling and is according to the Standard Operating Procedure
• Able to obtain the market intelligence, analyzing market trend and customers’ performance to provide insight for management to develop relevant strategies and business plans

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with 10 years relevant experiences. Bachelor degree or above with less experience will also be considered
• Pearl River Delta experience is an advantage
• Willing to travel and visit the customer in mainland
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Customer oriented with strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong organizing and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office skills
