Job Responsibilities: 

• Devise and lead the overall marketing strategy for the group, aligning with the company's vision and business objectives;
• Manage the end-to-end marketing function, including digital marketing, branding, advertising, events, and public relations;
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends;
• Develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to attract new tenants/residents and retain existing ones;
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, website content, and social media presence;
• Collaborate with the leasing and operations teams to enhance the customer experience and maximize occupancy rates;
• Establish KPIs and analyze performance data to optimize marketing initiatives and measure return on investment;
• Drive & support various business units of the group in the pursuit of marketing goals excellence;
• Perform competitor monitoring & analysis.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in real estate or a relevant industry;
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful, multi-channel marketing strategies;
• Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and e-commerce;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making;
• Abel to work independently to meet multiply projects deadlines;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
