The headquarters is located in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, with a global network of branch offices in 44 different countries. 

 

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team and lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent to support the growth and success of Hohenstein.

What you will be doing?

  • Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g. job boards, social media, referrals), conducting interviews, preparing employment documents, and handling onboarding formalities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and workforce planning, enabling you to devise effective recruitment strategies
  • Analyze recruitment data, formulate and execute sourcing strategies, and generate comprehensive management reports
  • Stay abreast of market trends and recommend actions to maintain the company's competitive edge in talent acquisition
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR-related tasks as assigned

 

You need to be

  • 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, from entry-level to mid-management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive effective recruitment strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
