Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for quality control, testing and commissioning for new lift / escalator installation and modernization projects
• To conduct quality checking and prepare quality inspection reports
• To assist in EMSD inspections (Form LE5 / LE7 / Building Energy Code)
• To carry out T&C for HKHA / ASD projects
• To liaise with factories / installation teams for technical support and quality improvement

Requirements:

• High Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines;
• 1-2 year(s) working experience in engineering , construction or building services field (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal & communication skills    
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
