The Job:

• Support and update marketing promotion materials (e.g. Website, Facebook, IG, Leaflet, Catalog, etc)
• Follow up and handle inquiries with good communication skill, friendly and polite manner (i.e. Calls, WhatsApp and Email)
• Assist in organizing different kinds of marketing activities such as booth/exhibitions/marketing events/promotion campaigns, etc.
• Participate in ad hoc assignment and client meetings when required
• Generation of new business leads, through outreach to prospective clients and market research
• To achieve monthly sales target by formulating sales planning and strategies

We are looking for:

• Interested in E-commerce and digital marketing
• Responsible, detail-minded, outgoing with excellent service manner
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, fast learner, able to work independently, communicate well with internal team and external parties to achieve team goals
• Strong planning, organization and administrative skills
• Good command of both Chinese and English
