​​​Working Location:            DHL Central Asia Hub, Chek Lap Kok

Reporting to Senior Manager, Operations Programme, you will be responsible for the performance monitoring and service quality improvement in Central Asia Hub (CAH) operation and take lead on initiatives related to above:

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring operational key performance indicators (KPI) in order to meet DHL’s service quality standard
• Identifying performance deviations and work with functional owners to address the issues
• Conducting in-depth root cause analysis on KPIs by using analytical tools and techniques, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and maintain proper records 
• Preparing regular reports and presentations on operational performance, highlighting key findings, trends and improvement opportunities. Communicating findings with management and stakeholders
• Use strong business experience, knowledge of operational processes, and awareness of the operational data available to:

o   Determine appropriate reporting and analysis based on the scenario or case.

o   As appropriate, support the development of relevant stakeholders to self-serve.

o   Ensure the validity of measurement of business rules and KPIs in terms of compliance, On-time performance and failure attribution.

o   Participating in UAT to provide inputs and requirements in the development of regional performance tools

• Enhancing tools and methodology to improved analytical effectiveness
• Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested 

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Business, Statistics, Operations Management, Computer Science or related discipline
• 3-4 years relevant working experience in performance improvement and minimum 3 years 
  hands-on experience in data analysis
• High proficiency in MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience in Power BI  and SQL
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform products (e.g. Power Automate) will be an advantage
• Ability to work with complex data sets to analyze and create dashboards into clear insights
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
• Detail minded and able to work under pressure independently
• Willing to learn and develop within the business unit
