Our client is a Shopping Mall now seeking for a high caliber to join their team as a Guest Service Executive / Customer Service Officer.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Email and Phone
• Handle client enquiries in professional tone & manner, resolve any customer disputes or complaints with good record keeping in CS case log
• Maintain trustful relationship with clients through proactive follow-up actions
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments 

Requirement

• Diploma holder, Associate Degree or above 
• At least 2 years relevant experience in Customer Service
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work well as a team or as an individual contribution
• Attention to details and able to work indecently
• Good command in English, Mandarin, Cantonese (both written and spoken) 
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Immediate available is highly preferred
