Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Training Team to deliver comprehensive training programs.
• Develop and implement training strategies aligned with bank objectives and regulations.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions, including CPT, CPD, system, UAT, and conduct training.
• Monitor training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Manage training budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the training team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in banking training and development.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, CPD, systems, and UAT in banking.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
