We are a well-established resource trading company with head office in Hong Kong and are seeking experienced candidates to fill the following position:

Job Responsibilities:

• Solid experience in full set I/E shipping and L/C banking documents
• Experience in sea freight operation and calculation of Despatch/Demurrage with trading industry
• Self-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Responsible for tradelink declaration, ocean freight and C/O application
• Prepare L/C banking documents and maintain shipment record in the system
• Keep track of the shipment schedules and payment schedules

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Diploma Holder
• 3-5 years shipping experience, preferably in multinational companies
• Good communication of English and conversational Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is great advantage
