Chit Tat Electrical Engineering Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Accel Group Holdings Limited (HK Listed Company No. 1283), has been based in Hong Kong over 30 years. Our major business is to provide high-quality electrical and mechanical engineering services throughout Hong Kong, including the supply and installation of air-conditioning system, drainage system, water supply, swimming pool and fountain system, power supply and control system as well as intelligent building engineering. To cope with our expansion, we are seeking high caliber, aggressive candidate to join us for the following post:

Responsibilities :

• Monitor overall financial, commercial, contractual and technical matters for package projects
• Maintains budgets and expenses to achieve cost control
• Monitor project progress and workmanship on site
• Liaison with clients, architects, contractors for system design and installation design
• Ensure project executions are on time, within budget and in good quality
• Prepare tender and quotation
• Attend project meeting and statutory inspection
• Prepare shop drawing & CSD / site coordination & supervision
• Other relevant duties as assigned by Senior Manager / Project Director

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in Building Service / Electrical / FS / P&D Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 6 Years’ E&M contractor experience working for package project of Electrical, HVAC, FS & P&D installation for Project Manager.
• Min 4 years' E&M contractor experience working for package project of Electrical, HVAC, FS & P&D installation for Senior Engineer.
• Site & installation experience is highly preferred.
• Holder of Chartership will be an advantage (For managerial level)
• Experience for handling of Building Services Package Installation for ASD project is highly preferred.
