Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Director to deliver exceptional service and support to a global telecommunications provider who is in the Top 10 of the worlds' most valuable brand among IT services providers worldwide. 

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to ensure mutual profitability with company strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand Market Reach: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
• Strategize and Promote: Develop and execute strategies and promotional activities with partners.
• Drive Performance: Set and monitor sales targets and incentives for partners.
• Train and Support: Provide ongoing product training and support to partners.
• Collaborate: Work with marketing to create partner-specific materials and sales tools.
• Stay Ahead: Analyze market trends and competitors to improve partner strategies.
• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company policies and legal guidelines.
• Enhance Services: Recruit and manage technology and service partners to boost our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience: 15+ years in Sales and Marketing, preferably with global ICT or System Integrators.
• Expertise: Proven track record in channel partner management or business development.
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of our products, services, and market positioning.
• Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Framework Familiarity: Knowledge of channel partner development schemes.
• Event Participation: Experience in hosting and participating in partnership events.
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
