Job Description

What you'll do:

• Perform operation and logistics support to the team for fostering digital transformation of the local industries, include but not limited to, handle general enquiries, coordinate with both internal and external parties to deliver service, perform follow-up actions for payment and procurement procedures, contract management and compile data for financial reporting / analysis
• Support the team in research and development of new projects, including desk research, translation, charting, data checking and verification
• Provide secretarial and office administration support

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor degree graduate in any discipline
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
• Good organization skills, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
