Job Description

We are currently representing a Hong Kong-based financial group in their search for candidates for the "Finance | Graduate Trainee (GT) Programme" within the Business Finance Department. This exciting opportunity offers comprehensive on-the-job training across various areas including finance, investment, marketing, and management.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Gain extensive expertise in finance, investment, asset management, marketing, and management through specialized training. Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to provide robust support.
  2. Understand client objectives and offer appropriate financial consultancy, including formulating investment portfolios in Hong Kong and analyzing the global market for informed investment decision-making.
  3. Continually oversee client portfolios based on their financial goals. Prepare diverse investment proposals and deliver portfolio review reports.
  4. Assist in portfolio monitoring and rebalancing, while developing investment strategies to assist clients in attaining their short-term and long-term financial objectives.
  5. Participate in team projects within the Investment Department, rotating through various teams to broaden your exposure, gain market insights, and develop strategies.


We are searching for exceptional individuals who meet the following criteria to join our Elite Member program:

  • Possesses a bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  • Demonstrates fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

If you possess an IANG Visa, Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS), Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), or Dependants Visa:

  • In your first year of employment, you will have the opportunity to enhance your Mandarin and English language proficiency.
  • Having a strong financial background and familiarity with the Chinese market is beneficial.
  • Face-to-face interviews will be conducted in both Mandarin and English.
  • Please be aware that this position does not provide company-sponsored work visas. Therefore, it is essential that you already possess a valid IANG/TTPS/QMAS or other eligible visa.
  • If you hold an IANG Visa, the company can assist with the visa renewal process.
