Job Description
What you’ll be doing?
- Handling HR admin. duties, including but not limited to attendance management, leave record, assist payroll
- Provide general office administrative & clerical support to HR and Administration department
- Perform general Receptionist duties including but not limited to greeting visitors, answering calls and organizing room booking
- Assist in relocation and renovation projects
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Who are we looking for?
- Diploma or above
- 2-3 years or above solid experience in administration field, experience in HR admin duties will be an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good team player
- Detail-minded, well-organized and good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Immediate available preferred
