Roles and Responsibilities
 

• Maintain good business relationship with customers
• Handle and follow up customers and overseas inquiries and shipment booking
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure a smooth process
• Track and trace shipment status
• To support any ad hoc assignments

Requirements:
 

• DSE or above
• Any backgrounds are welcome
• Good PC skill in usage of MS office
• Mature, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Good command in spoken English and Mandarin will be an advantage
