Job Description
Our client is one of the leading Private Bank located in Central, Hong Kong. They are looking for a friendly and easy going Receptionist / Office administration to join their stable team. As the front-line point of contact, the receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and discreet environment for our discerning clientele.
Key responsibilities for these roles include:
- Greeting clients and visitors with a friendly, polished demeanor
- Managing the front desk and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Providing administrative support such as scheduling, booking travel, and handling correspondence
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information
- Assisting with various office management duties as needed
The ideal candidates will have
- Previous 2 - 3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally in a private banking or high-end financial services setting
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with relevant office software and technologies
