A health supplement brand in Hong Kong is hiring an Operation Director.

Duties:

• Developing and implementing the overall business strategy for the supplement company.
• Identifying growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including production, inventory management, and quality control.
• Identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Developing and managing the company's budget and financial forecasts.
• Securing funding and managing cash flow to support business growth.
• Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's products.
• Overseeing the sales team and managing customer relationships.
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Recruiting, training, and managing the company's workforce.
• Communicating with and managing relationships with key stakeholders, such as investors, suppliers, and industry partners.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree
• At least 15 years’ experience in health supplement products of which 5 years in the senior managerial level;
• Experienced in business planning, operation, strategy, financial management; 
• Excellent management and communication skills, problem-solving, analytical and decision making;
• Able to work independently with initiative;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
