Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will work in the Jockey Club “Peace and Awareness” Mindfulness Culture in Schools Initiative (JC PandA) under the Faculty of Social Sciences. He/She will provide clerical, administrative and logistical support with major tasks including:

• smooth operation of JC PandA
• liaison and coordination with different stakeholders
• organisation of public education activities
• any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years’ relevant work experience
• A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Putonghua)
• IT proficiency (including MS Word and MS Excel)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to multiple-task and be attentive to details

The appointment will commence in September 2024 on a temporary term basis until November 2025.
