A beauty clinic is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor/ Officer to join their team.

Your new role

• Responsible for handling inbound customer calls.
• Appointment booking and answer general enquires.
• Resolve complaints ethically and professionally.
• Initiative to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets industry and professional standard.
• Liaise closely with other functions to deliver quality services.

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma holder or above with 3 year or above experience in customer service or telesales, preferrably in the beauty industry.
• Possess strong selling techniques and telephone manner.
• Highly persuasive, self-motivated, self-confident and customer service oriented.
• Good PC operations knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
• Fluent spoken English & Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
