Job Description

Projects may include new build, A&A and fit out works, including in live operating businesses environments. An immediate requirement if for the lead Senior Project Manager/Project Manager position on large scale new build development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the agreed scope of works
• Team Lead and project driver
• Client interface and liaise with all project stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively to manage related issues on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills in management the in-house and wider project teams.
• Lead and manage overall quality, schedule, budget, resources and risk management control, throughout the project life cycle.
• Project and Contract administration and chair / manage project and construction meetings.
• Management of project workflows and tracking, including submissions, etc
• Program management and driver
• Change management capability functions
• Construction quality, contractors’ performance and safety / corrective actions.
• Site inspections Manage and secure Construction milestones and authority permits 
   
• Project Reporting and maintaining project records
• Project Close out

Qualifications and Experience:

• Min. 15 years relevant working experience. A candidate with less working experience will be considered for the Project Manager position.
• Degree holder in Building, Project Management or equivalent Construction or Engineering discipline.
• Professional accreditation preferable (RICS, CIOB etc)
• Experience in Educational, Retail, Hospitality, Commercial or Data Center sectors.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently and under pressure,
• Team player with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience in using MS Project and Aconex are essential.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and / or large scale construction management experience is advantageous.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese is essential.
