Responsibilities:

• Deploy and provide day to day support of different systems and server
• Configure system, storage, monitor server system stability and performance after deployment and proceed handover process
• Undertake incident resolution and project oriented tasks related to server deployments
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation for server deployments
• Perform software installation, upgrade or migration, patching activities
• Handle incidents, services and change requests
• Daily morning health check ensure servers in normal working status
• Getting log to support engineer help analysis the incident cases
• Follow upper-level instruction keep tracking until problem resolve

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related discipline
• 2 years or above hands-on technical experience in infrastructure
• Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows systems and software applications
• Mature and able to work independently without direct supervision
• Pro-active, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese), and interpersonal communication skill
• ITIL certified or familiar with ITIL processes and holding the professional infrastructure certificates is an advantage
