We are actively seeking a passionate HR & Account Officer / Assistant to strengthen our team.

What you’ll be doing?

• Responsible for daily accounting operation, provide general HR services
• Handle accounting work including payment transactions, journal entries, AR, AP and reconciliations of accounts;
• Ensure HR functions in compliance with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and local regulations
• Participate in recruitment and termination process including interview arrangement, preparation of employment contracts, on-boarding and exit formalities.
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Who are we looking for?

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Accounting or Business related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant work experience
• Hands-on experience in accounting & HR function
• Experience with shaping of caring, medical field is an advantage
• Multi-tasking and detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
