Job Description
Our client, a Japanese company is looking for a Japanese Speaking HR & Admin Officer to join their company:
Duties:
- Handle the full spectrum of HR functions, such as payroll calculation, recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding, attendance, staff records maintenance, labor insurance
- HR policies and procedures implementation, liaise with China branch offices & JPHQ by phone or email
- Employment visa applications for Japanese staff
- Maintain PC records and contact IT vendors
- Document control and filing
- General cost control
- Other administrative duties
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- At least 3 years of HR/ admin experience in a Japanese company
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as an assistant
- Fluent in English and Chinese, and Japanese (JLPT N2)
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
