工作内容

• Responsible in handling accounts payable duties
• Process and maintain accurate vendor invoices, ensuring timely and proper validation of all payable
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the accounts payable work-flow, addressing queries and resolving any discrepancies
• Assist with the month-end closing process, including the preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of accounts payable-related accounts
• Perform bank reconciliations and internal cost allocation
• Support any ad hoc finance related tasks

理想的求职者

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
• 2-3 years accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP system applications
• Fluent in English and Chinese
