Job Overview

This role supports passionate front and back of house team members to provide our guests with great and fun R&B experiences. We bring life to our House, radiate enthusiasm in the kitchens and blast music through the speakers. Those who are a people’s person, warm-hearted and sharp and quick on your feet will enjoy the role.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a R&B Reservations Officer is all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Handle guest inquiries by telephone and email in relation to restaurant reservations, services facilities and prices 
  • Input and update restaurant reservations accurately into relevant systems
  • Coordinate with other operating departments to arrange guests' preferences
  • Prepare reports to management
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Management from time to time

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

  • Preferably 1-year working experience in hotel, restaurant or other service industry. Fresh graduates from a relevant discipline will also be considered
  • Strong communication skills with good command of English and Chinese. Proficient in computer and telephone manners. Strong administrative skills
  • Familiar with restaurant/ hotel reservations system would be an advantage

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Great team player, well-organized and able to adapt to face-paced environment
  • A diploma or certificate holder from technical college or hotel school is preferred
