Responsibilities: 

• Provide customer services to end users
• Provide PC & software installation & configuration
• Provide full spectrum of hardware / software support and troubleshooting on computer devices and handheld devices
• Working location: Quarry Bay

 Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years experience in helpdesk / deskside support
• Hands-on experience in supporting MS Windows, Office and handheld devices
• Holders of MCP, MCSA or MCSE would be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English (Fluent in English is definitely an advantage)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
