Our client is seeking serval dedicated and experienced Sales Engineer / Senior Sales engineer / Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop new sales opportunities within the ELV/ BMS /Security Solutions market, expand business scope from existing customers, and build strong relationships with potential clients. The successful candidate will also coordinate with various teams to support the growth of services and maintenance business through digitalization. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Manager , your primary responsibility will be to identify new sales opportunities within the ELV/ BMS / Security Solutions market. You will work closely with property developers, end users, E&M consultants, property and facilities management, facility operators in Hong Kong and Macau. Your role will also involve upgrading and expanding the business scope from existing operation and maintenance services customers. You will be expected to build strong relationships with both existing and potential customers while coordinating with various teams to support business growth through digitalization.

  • Develop new sales opportunities through ELV/ BMS / Security Solutions market from property developers, end users, E&M consultants, property and facilities management, facility operators in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Upgrade and expand the business scope from existing operation and maintenance services customers
  • Build and manage relationship with existing and potential customers
  • Coordinate with services operation team, digitalization and region services team to support growth of services and maintenance business through digitalization
  • Assist Sales Director / Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager in reviewing & formulating sales strategies and directions
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing/new/potential clients
  • Provide professional advice to the clients to achieve the best solutions subject to their service requirements
  • Be the channel between Sales team and Operations units to ensure that the client's requirement is achieved and the service is properly delivered
  • Plan and organize sales activities for the sales team, monitoring their progress and report achievement of sales result
  • Lead, motivate, coach and performance management of sales team

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Manager role will bring a minimum of 4 years' sales experience in Building Solution (BMS, Security, Energy, ELV). Experience in digitalization solution and customer account management will be an advantage. The successful candidate will have excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior executives. A strong focus on customer satisfaction is essential for this role. The candidate should also have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

  • A University Degree Holder
  • Minimum 4 years' sales or business development experience in Building Solution (BMS, Security, Energy, ELV)
  • Experience in Security / Services industry
  • Experience in digitalization solution will be an advantage
  • Experiences in customer account management will be an advantage
  • Experiences in building and maintenance services is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • A good team leader and player
  • Excellent people management with strong interpersonal, coaching and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work with various people in different capacities and good at collaboration
  • Candidates with less expereience will be considered as Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Sales Manager
