• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in local building construction project
• Site Q.S. experience is preferred   
• In-depth experience in handling building projects, particularly in preparation of subletting contracts, assessment of variations, measurement, payments, estimating and cost control
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
• Hands-on PC skills including Word and Excel
• To be stationed on site (if required)
• Candidates with higher qualification and more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Quantity Surveyor
