Responsibilities

• Develop CRM strategies across all channels, execute and implement overall marketing activities, engagement and activation for the loyalty programme of ifc mall
• Manage CRM system and membership database including necessary communications with members
• Work closely with various internal stakeholders and external agencies to support company goals in driving database growth and leveraging customer profile/ insights to enhance brand loyalty
• Work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities for VIPs riding on the mall’s marketing campaigns
• Identify and implement joint promotion/ partnership with external parties
• Manage data, prepare analytics, reports and reviews related to CRM programmes
• Monitor expenses as per budget assigned
• Responsible for digital project on mobile/web enhancement, including UX/UI, development UAT, schedule and shop briefing
• Coordinate with vendors on app development and related features to ensure smooth execution and launch of the project

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing, Communications or Business related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in CRM & app development with proven track record in working with major property developer / retail brands would be an advantage
• With strong business acumen and insights on local and regional markets and an intrinsic understanding about customer loyalty and engagement
• Detail-minded and self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
