Internal title: Assistant Vice President/Senior Associate, House Sales

Responsibilities

• Broaden client base through prospecting and increasing existing clients’ portfolio 
• Maintain long term and good relationship with assigned clients and conduct regular financial reviews through outbound calls and face-to-face customer contacts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of business
• Identify clients’ financial needs and provide tailor-made solutions to cater their needs
• Provide customer feedback and solutions in accordance to regulations and internal guidelines
• Take part in ad hoc projects and assignments, if needed

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance or related disciplines 
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in front office or dealing in financial services industry preferred
• Holder of SFC license for Type 1 regulated activities and relevant qualification in IIQE preferred
• Proactive, self-motivated and target-oriented
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and able to close sales deals with clients in person and/or over-the-phone
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Associate
