What you’ll do
Your marketplace insights and patient focus will shape and direct strategic marketing plans for the product lifecycle, ensure execution of the brand plan for long-term brand success and develop clear country value propositions for patients and healthcare professions.
An originator, you will be responsible for brand success by employing cross-functional engagement strategies, exploring new and innovative approaches to brand communications and responding to constructive feedback internally and externally.
Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Design and execute product strategies to ensure strong market presence of your responsible products
- Identify and develop key opinion leader to ensure strong advocacy for therapy area/ responsible products
- Collaborate closely with other functions to achieve objectives of AZ products including sales target and market shares
- Develop tools/training for field force on brand positioning, value proposition and key messages
- Plan and execute product launches, including developing launch plans, monitor and optimize launch performance
- Develop innovative & impactful drug access programs for responsible products
- Demonstrate high level of product knowledge and therapy knowledge under responsibility
- Monitor performance and control A&P budget and P&L portfolio
- Localizes digital content as needed
Essential for the role
- University graduate in any discipline
- Preferred 3-5 years of marketing experience
- 3 years’ experience in multinational pharmaceutical company in a sales and marketing related position
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, meticulous, able to work under pressure
- Strong collaboration working with a wide variety of key stakeholders

- Having network and solid experience in the field of Rare Disease, Neurology (specialized in neuromuscular diseases), Pediatric Neurology
- Command of Mandarin
