Job Description
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Manager to handle all-rounded HR responsibilities in Hong Kong and China. This position will be responsible for building and maintaining the HRIS system. Professionals with backgrounds in the airline, hospitality, FMCG, Property, or F&B industries are encouraged to apply. This role is based in Hong Kong.
Job Duties
- Recruitment Management: Oversee recruitment activities in China, including developing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment team, and optimizing recruitment processes to ensure the company attracts and hires the right talent.
- Comprehensive HR Management: Manage all HR functions, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
- HRIS System Implementation and Maintenance: Design and implement the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and efficient system operation, enhancing overall HR department efficiency.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure all operations comply with company standards and legal regulations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct HR data analysis to support decision-making and regularly report HR-related metrics.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, handle employee grievances and disputes, and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Work Experience: At least 10 years of HR experience, including experience in China and Hong Kong. Candidates with backgrounds in the airline, hospitality, FMCG, Property, or F&B industries are preferred.
- Management Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- System Skills: Familiarity with HRIS design, implementation, maintenance, and strong data analysis skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Other Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
