Job Title: Assistant Officer (Registry)

Job Posting Details
The Academic Registry is looking for capable individuals to join the Registry Services Team in providing support to the implementation of academic policies and student-related administration. The appointee will provide clerical support in one or more Registry functions including program registration, course registration, examinations, credit transfer and graduation.
Major duties include:
- Handling enquiries and submissions in the form of phone calls, emails and face-to-face interaction, received from students and staff in the University;
- Collecting and updating student information and processing systems operations with the aid of computer packages; and
- Providing logistics support to student-related events.
Applicants should have a higher diploma or above, preferably a bachelor’s degree, with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and possess good computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel). The ideal candidate should be meticulous at work and a strong team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
