The Role

• Design and develop robust, scalable data models and database architectures to support the company's data ecosystem
• Implement efficient data pipelines and processes to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective data solutions
• Optimize database performance and ensure high availability and reliability of the data platform
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data engineers

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a data engineer or in a similar role
• Proficient in designing and implementing data models and database architectures
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling techniques
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Expertise in data processing and transformation using tools like Spark, Hadoop, and ETL frameworks
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
