Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in daily order logistics
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and related documents
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to address order requirements, service delivery, billing, etc.
• Handle and address inquiries from both internal and external customers in a timely and thorough manner
• Maintain and update sales data/reports, ensuring accurate and timely recording

Requirements: 

• HKDSE, HKAL, Higher Diploma, or above
• 1-2 years of experience in sales support or customer service
• Strong sense of accountability and adept at following up on orders and inquiries
• Sound knowledge of SAP applications and computer software/hardware is an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and maintain a positive attitude
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
