Our subsidiary, Goodwill Management Limited (PMC licence (C-874426)), continuously dedicates to providing excellent and valued-added property management services for our landlords and customers and now invites high caliber candidates for the position of :- 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of property and customer services to provide all-round property management services
• Maintaining good relationship with tenants by rendering prompt services at all times
• Managing and monitoring the performance of contractors, suppliers and service providers
• Handling complaints and emergency incidents
• Supporting the improvement or renovation programs when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably major in Property Management or other related disciplines
• Holder of professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH, etc.) or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in management of office building, with 3 years’ supervisory experience inclusive
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English
• Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Shift duty is required
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Property Manager
