Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all systems and networks.
- Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- 1-2 years on systems, applications, and end user support with IT Helpdesk environment
- Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows and Office 365 applications, desktop hardware and software
- Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow is an advantage
- Demonstrated good customer service, helpdesk support is an advantage
- Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
