Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all systems and networks.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions.

 Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 1-2 years on systems, applications, and end user support with IT Helpdesk environment
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows and Office 365 applications, desktop hardware and software
  • Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow is an advantage
  • Demonstrated good customer service, helpdesk support is an advantage
  • Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
