We are currently seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to be part of our dynamic Residential Sales team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting in sales admin activities for the company's residential trading portfolio, including organizing and maintaining files and databases
  • Administering payment records, purchase orders, and other documentation
  • Handling conveyancing documents
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for the Residential Sales Team
  • Handling ad hoc duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher Diploma or above 
  • Minimum 2 years’ solid experience of administrative / secretarial support experience
  • Achieves results, even under tough circumstances
  • Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audience     
  • Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
