Job Description
As the HR Business Partner (at the Director level), you will be a strategic partner to the executive team, providing both hands-on HR expertise and high-level guidance to support the company's ambitious growth plans. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will leverage your comprehensive HR knowledge to design and implement innovative programs, while also collaborating closely with C-suite leaders to translate business strategies into effective people solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, collaborating closely to understand their strategic goals and translate them into effective HR solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture, fostering employee engagement and well-being.
- Provide expert guidance on complex HR issues, including employee relations, compliance, and organizational change management.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to support the company's growth.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of HR initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the HR function on the executive leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making and ensuring the alignment of people and business priorities.
- Lead organizational restructuring and mapping exercises to optimize the company's structure, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement organizational redesign initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and agility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 18+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and expertise in all core HR functional areas, with the ability to drive hands-on implementation.
- Proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives and delivering measurable business impact, with experience working closely with C-suite executives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of HR technology and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven culture.
- Fluency in English and Chinese required
